PRODUCT INFORMATION & RETURNS

Where possible I use vegan-friendly, non-toxic resin made from materials that would otherwise enter landfill.

All clocks are tested to ensure they keep time before they are added to my shop

Each piece is hand crafted in my home studio. 

No two pieces are identical due to the nature of fluid art.  

The finish of my products may differ from mass produced items. 

This is not an imperfection but part of their uniqueness and charm.  

I do not sell anything I would not be happy to own!

Now for the usual bit...

The images/descriptions on this site have been used to best portray the products as accurately as possible. I must advise that the colours displayed on individual monitors differ slightly so may not 100% colour match the product.

RETURNS

ClockCouture is confident you will be happy with your product. 

However, should you wish to return an item we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.  

All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase in their original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel/return it.  We will then give you a Returns number and returns information.  Returns postage must be paid by the customer.

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of notifying us. 

Any commissions/products made to order will only be accepted for return if they are faulty.
